Client Grievance Procedure

It is the intent of Mumm & Associates, P.C. to provide courteous and professional services to all clients and their families, in addition to potential clients who are seeking our services, and to provide current and potential clients with a clear path towards resolution when any concerns arise during the onboarding process or during the provision of services.

Each filed grievance will be investigated by the President of Mumm & Associates, P.C.  This may include contacting or interviewing the individual expressing the grievance.  A response will be delivered within 7 business days of receipt of the grievance form.
