anice Mumm is a Certified Public Accountant, founding shareholder, and President of the accounting firm of Mumm & Associates, P.C. Jan's employment at the Internal Revenue Service acted as a springboard for her knowledge of income, employment, and estate taxes. For the last thirty years, she has built on this knowledge through her participation as discussion leader and instructor for programs sponsored by the Nebraska Society of Certified Public Accountants, the Nebraska Society of Tax Practitioners, the University of Nebraska Continuing Studies Division, and other organizations nationwide. Jan is a past council member of the American Society of Certified Public Accountants, president-elect and past secretary of Nebraska Society of Certified Public Accountants foundation, and is the past president of the Nebraska Society of Certified Public Accountants and of the Seward Rotary Club. Jan received her bachelor's degree with distinction and her master's degree in professional accountancy from the University of Nebraska – Lincoln.

arol Walbrecht is a Certified Public Accountant and Accounting Manager for Mumm & Associates, P.C. With over thirty years' experience in business, Carol provides our clients with valuable insight into their accounting and tax needs. Carol is active in the Nebraska Society of Certified Public Accountants and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Carol has served on a number of advisory committees, including the outreach committee of her church. She does volunteer work at local support centers. Carol received her bachelor's degree in accounting from the University of Nebraska – Lincoln.

rank Gaines is an Enrolled Agent and Tax Specialist at Mumm & Associates, P.C. Thirty-three years experience with the Internal Revenue Service enables Frank to deal with the most difficult tax issues for clients and others. Tax practitioners, attorneys, and CPAs rely on Frank to resolve complex tax problems and to represent their clients before the Internal Revenue Service and the State of Nebraska. Frank teaches continuing professional education courses for the Nebraska Society of CPAs, the University of Nebraska Continuing Studies Division, and the Nebraska Society of Tax Practitioners. He is also frequently asked to speak at civic and professional organization functions, where he entertains the audience with his Big 8 officiating experiences. Frank continues to be active in the sport of football through his membership in the Big 12 Conference Football Officials' Association. He is also a member of the National Treasury Employees' Union.

ill Werner is the Office Manager for Mumm & Associates, P.C. She has almost 20 years of experience in the area of office management and customer service. Her organizational skills and attention to detail keeps the office running smoothly. Jill's positive attitude and friendly demeanor puts all clients at ease. She spends her spare time following the activities of her triplets at Waverly High.

andra Kelly is a Staff Accountant with Mumm & Associates, P.C. She has over 20 years experience in various aspects of managing small businesses. This experience translates well when working with clients in the area of payroll, reconciling bank accounts, and compiling financial statements. Sandra is the Cafeteria Plan Administrator for business clients and processes claims and requests for reimbursements. She holds a bachelor's degree in accounting from the University of Wyoming. In her time away from the office, Sandra enjoys camping, fly fishing, sewing, knitting and crocheting.
